Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Ⅰ. After-Sales Service Overview

Thank you for choosing us. We are committed to providing clear, reasonable, and transparent after-sales processes for our Australian customers.

Please carefully review this policy before submitting any return, refund, or exchange requests.

Ⅱ. Return and Exchange Period

As per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

Late applications will not be accepted.

Ⅲ. Conditions for Acceptance

  • Appearance defects: Visible wear or damage

  • Quality defects: Missing accessories or damaged original packaging

  • Odor or discoloration: Abnormal odor or significant color variation

  • Improper handling: Damage during transportation, assembly, or storage

  • Product modifications: Permanent changes or customizations made to the product

  • Incorrect item: The item received does not match what was ordered

  • No reason return: Customers may return products without providing a specific reason

Ⅳ. Return Request Process

To apply for a return or exchange, please contact our after-sales support team and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or receipt)

  • At least one clear product photo or relevant video

Approval and Return Instructions

  • Once approved, we will send you a link to download a prepaid return label (PDF) and logistics instructions.

  • After receiving the instructions, ensure that the product is securely packed, print the return label, and affix it to the package.

  • The prepaid return label (PDF) is valid for 7 calendar days, and the return must be handed over to the designated carrier within that period.

Ⅴ. Return Conditions and Fees

  • Returns within 14 days will have the shipping and handling costs covered by the platform.

Ⅵ. Refund and Exchange Process

  • Exchange: Upon receiving and confirming the product condition, a new item will be dispatched immediately, and a tracking number will be provided.

  • Refund:

    • After receiving and verifying the product, a full refund will be processed via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard).

    • The expected processing time for refunds is 10–15 business days.

    • If you do not receive the refund within the expected time, please contact us with proof.
