We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, with all fees included in the price, meaning no additional payments are required upon delivery.
Any import fees, shipping costs, or other additional charges will be clearly stated on the order page.

Once payment is completed, your order will enter the processing and shipping stages.
Accepted payment methods include Visa and MasterCard.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a return after receiving the product.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days and will take approximately 10–15 business days to reach your account.
